Decreased lung parenchymal density in the left upper lobe, concerning for bronchial atresia or Swyer-James syndrome.　気胸のCTで定量評価（-950）のCT値での各肺葉ごとの評価を行ったところ、原因肺葉のみ極端に気腫化が高かった。Congenital lobar emphysemaと診断された。
