Dear RSNA Presenter:
The digital presentation system is now available for developing your 2023 electronic presentation. New this year, your presentation will be uploaded through RSNA’s digital presentation partner, Digital Acumen’s APPRISOR. You should also receive a separate email directly from Digital Acumen (upload@scientificposters.com) that the site has opened.

We encourage you to access the APPRISOR digital presentation system well in advance of your submission deadline date to become familiar with the new site and its features.
For guidelines on how to prepare your presentation, please visit the Faculty and Presenter Resources page: https://www.rsna.org/annual-meeting/preparing-to-attend/faculty-and-presenter-resources/resources-for-digital-presentation-presenters. A link to the resources page will also be accessible through the APPRISOR digital presentation site under ‘presentation guidelines’.
2023 Deadlines:
All deadlines are at 12:00 Noon, Central (Chicago) Time
Education Exhibits (35 slides max) due by Wednesday, October 18 for award consideration; final deadline November 8
Quality Improvement Reports (10 slides max) due by Wednesday, October 18 for award consideration; final deadline November 8
Science Posters (35 slides max) due by Wednesday, November 8
