RSNA アップロードシステムの不具合

RSNAから以下のようなメールが届いています。レスポンスが来るのに20時間もかかるなど、何かトラブルが起きていたのですね。結果的にdeadlineが1週間先送りされたことになりました。

Dear RSNA 2012 Presenter:

As you may be aware, RSNA has experienced some technical difficulties with its Digital Presentation System (DPS) that have interfered with the uploading of RSNA 2012 presentations. These technical difficulties were related to changes implemented to make the program compatible with mobile devices.  RSNA apologizes for the inconvenience these difficulties have caused its presenters, without whom the RSNA meeting would not be the premier event that it is.

Please be assured that your presentation was received by the deadline. To ensure that you have the best possible experience presenting your work at RSNA 2012, please take a moment to log in to the system once more and confirm that your presentation(s) are complete and accurate. You can do this easily by clicking the “View Presentation” button next to your presentation(s).

There’s no need to contact us if your presentation(s) are ready for display. However, if you do find issues that need to be corrected, please respond to this email no later than November 7th with the following:

• Your name

• Presentation number (ex:  LL-….)

• Description of the issues to be resolved, including presentation frame number(s)

                    EX: Slide 12  - provide details on what is not performing properly

RSNA Program Services staff will notify you when the issues have been corrected and you may log into the system to preview your presentation(s) a final time.

Again, RSNA values the critical contributions that its presenters make to the RSNA annual meeting, and deeply regrets the inconvenience caused by this year’s technical difficulties. We look forward to seeing you at RSNA 2012.
